Entry fee:   R200 per person (gets you an entry + a little gift)

3 Very Manageable and Exciting Workouts for ALL LEVELS

Registration and Briefing at 07h00.

First WOD @ 08h00.

With a starting line up of 30 teams, we will be done by 14h00.
