<h1><a name="_Toc261004494"></a>Competition Guidelines</h1>
<p>This serves as a guide to athletes to determine which category of event they should enter. The Rx Events are aimed at competitive athletes, although the weights are not too heavy, they are intended to provide a significant challenge and movements will be fast paced. The Scaled Events will be suitable for both the novice and intermediate athlete, and while still challenging will not include complex movements.</p>
<h1>Team Event – Rx</h1>
<p>Teams of 3 athletes (any combination of male/female)</p>
<ul>
<li>Maximum barbell weights: Men – 60kg; Women – 45kg</li>
<li>Barbell weights apply to any/all of the Barbell Complex</li>
</ul>
<p>At least one person in the team is required to be able to do pull-ups, toes-to-bar and double unders. Muscle ups are not required</p>
<h1>Team Event – Scaled</h1>
<p>Teams of 3 athletes (any combination of male/female)</p>
<ul>
<li>Maximum barbell weights: Men – 35kg; Women – 20kg</li>
<li>Barbell weights apply to any/all of the Barbell Complex</li>
<li>Pull-ups and double unders are not required</li>
</ul>
<h1>Individual Event – Rx</h1>
<ul>
<li>Maximum barbell weights: Men – 60kg; Women – 45kg</li>
<li>Barbell weights apply to any/all of the Barbell Complex</li>
<li>Requires complex gymnastic movements including pull-ups, toes-to-bar and bar muscle ups</li>
</ul>
